21 nights spent, with the app open, at the same address creates a verified home. From there, 21 of every 180 nights must be spent at that address to maintain verification.
No. You have full control over when and with whom you share your location. Your real-time location is only shared with your Inner Circle when you explicitly enable it. You can turn every part of it off anytime.
Simply verify your new address and you'll join your new community. You can keep your old residence active if you still live there part-time, or remove it entirely.
You can cancel anytime directly in the app through Settings → Subscription. You'll keep Premium features until the end of your billing period, no questions asked.
We collect only what's necessary to provide the service: your verified addresses within 20m accuracy, we require a mail address and a Display Name, the rest is optional. WE DO NOT SHARE YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS WITH ANYONE, but you can opt to add the address you provided, or another one, to your profile to help neighbors/customers find you. If you want to use the Personal Store, you'll need to provide an exact address for delivery and pickup. We will NEVER sell your data to advertisers or third parties.
Trust Scores are built through users rating each other after positive/negative interactions, but these ratings are moderated by AI. That way ratings that are not really deserved are rejected with an explanation. The rating is focused on TRUSTWORTHINESS, not friendliness, and the score goes from -10 to +10 with every interaction valued at +/-1. That way you can't rest on your laurels once reach a high score, and also can't be tanked forever by a few bad reviews. However, all reviews are recorded, remain accessible to all users, and persist forever.

Any modification to these rules must include a clear explanation of why the change is being made. Changes take effect only after this justification is published.
Safety N3T does not employ algorithms designed for mass manipulation of opinions, viral amplification, or engagement-driven content promotion that favors or suppresses any viewpoint.
Content moderation is limited to excessively violent content, pornographic content, and content that violates local laws where required by judicial order. We do not moderate based on political opinion, controversy, or unpopularity.
Users are banned only following collective complaints from the community, not unilateral decisions. Bans apply to the device and email account associated with the violation.
Banned users have the right to appeal their ban and receive a response explaining the decision.
We will not sell, share, or transfer your personal data to ANY third party unless compelled by an official judicial process. In such cases, we will notify affected users to the extent legally permitted.
Safety N3T does not build or maintain tools to surveil its user base. We cannot read your encrypted communications—they are secret, even from us.
We collect only the data necessary to provide our services. We do not build behavioral profiles for purposes beyond your explicit use of the app.
Users may request complete deletion of their data at any time. Upon request, we will remove all personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
Premium subscribers can disable all advertising. Targeted marketing is opt-in, never forced.
We do not use deceptive design practices to manipulate users into purchases, subscriptions, or data sharing.
We will publish an annual report detailing: number of content removals and reasons, number of user bans and appeals, government data requests received and fulfilled, and any rule changes made during the year.
We welcome independent audits of our privacy and moderation practices.
