By accessing or using the SafetyLight mobile application ("App") by Mikolonia Mobile, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

SafetyLight is a security-centered digital ecosystem that connects community members for local commerce, services, alerts, and communication. We provide both free and premium subscription services.

3. User Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information
  • You are responsible for all activities under your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

  • Post false, misleading, or harmful content
  • Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
  • Share illegal content or engage in illegal activities
  • Spam or send unsolicited commercial messages
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use automated systems to access the service without permission
  • Violate others' privacy or intellectual property rights

5. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Premium subscriptions are billed monthly at $3.00 USD
  • Additional features and cloud storage may incur extra charges
  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe or PayPal
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time through the app

6. Content and Intellectual Property

  • You retain ownership of content you create and share
  • You grant us a license to display and distribute your content within the app
  • The SafetyLight and Mikolonia Mobile names, logos, and app design are our intellectual property
  • You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary materials

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

8. Disclaimers

  • Services are provided "as is" without warranties
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy of user-generated content
  • We are not responsible for disputes between users
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mikolonia Mobile shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
