1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Safety N3T mobile application ("App") by Mikolonia Mobile, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Safety N3T is a security-centered digital ecosystem that connects community members for local commerce, services, alerts, and communication. We provide both free and premium subscription services.

3. User Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Post false, misleading, or harmful content
• Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Share illegal content or engage in illegal activities
• Spam or send unsolicited commercial messages
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated systems to access the service without permission
• Violate others' privacy or intellectual property rights

5. Community Safety and Zero Tolerance

Safety N3T has zero tolerance for objectionable user-generated content or abusive behavior, including harassment, threats, hate speech, sexual content involving minors, impersonation, fraud, spam, illegal activity, or content that endangers community safety.

• Users can flag objectionable posts, content, or behavior using the in-app reporting tools.
• Users can block abusive users using the in-app blocking tools.
• Reports, flagged content, and safety events such as user blocks may be sent to Mikolonia Mobile for moderation review and developer/admin notification.
• We may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, terminate accounts, and retain non-biometric safety records when necessary to enforce these Terms and protect the community.
• Safety-critical reports are prioritized for review, and we aim to act on abusive or objectionable content within 24 hours whenever feasible.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

• Premium subscriptions start at $59 MXN monthly, roughly US$3; final prices may vary by country, taxes, exchange rates, app store, payment processor, and plan options
• Additional features and cloud storage may incur extra charges
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe or PayPal
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You can cancel your subscription at any time through the app

7. Content and Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of content you create and share
• You grant us a license to display and distribute your content within the app
• The Safety N3T and Mikolonia Mobile names, logos, and app design are our intellectual property
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary materials

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

9. Disclaimers

• Services are provided "as is" without warranties
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of user-generated content
• We are not responsible for disputes between users
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mikolonia Mobile shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. AI-Assisted Content

Some features may use automated tools (including AI models) to rephrase, summarise, or otherwise adjust text you compose before it is stored or published. When this happens:

• You will be shown the adjusted text and asked to confirm or revert it before it is posted; you remain the author of what is published.
• Posts whose text was adjusted by an automated tool are flagged internally and displayed with an "AI-adjusted" or equivalent label so other users can see that automated assistance was used.
• Automated summaries or content-warning labels generated by these tools are provided for convenience and may be inaccurate; they do not replace your own judgement.
• We do not use your private messages, private posts, or Inner Circle content to train third-party AI models.

Note: This section describes current and planned AI-assisted features and is being finalised in coordination with legal counsel. Specific model providers, retention of prompts and outputs, and any regional restrictions will be added here as the feature ships.
