1. 介绍
欢迎使用 Mikolonia Mobile 的 Safety N3T。本政策说明我们如何收集、使用、披露和保护你的信息。
使用 Safety N3T 即表示你同意本政策所述的信息收集与使用。
2. 我们收集的信息
包括 account information、verified residential addresses、communications、optional profile details、payment metadata、device information、usage data、启用时的 precise location、push notification tokens 和 support logs。
3. 我们如何使用信息
用于提供 core services、community connection、safety features、residence verification、communications、payments、security 和 app improvement。
我们不会出售你的数据，不会建立 behavioral advertising profiles，也不会把数据用于 third-party AI training。
4. Location Data
Location 用于 Safety N3T 的核心安全功能。Background location 只在你启用 信任圈、residence verification 和 S.O.S. 警报 等功能时使用。
你可以在 settings 中控制 location sharing、防护模式 和 位置历史 deletion。
5. 第三方服务
我们使用 Firebase、Google Maps、Apple MapKit、Stripe、PayPal、Apple Pay、Firebase Cloud Messaging、APNs、Agora、Google ML Kit 和 Resend 等 providers 来运行服务。
我们不会为了 advertising 或 marketing 向 third parties 分享数据。
6. 端到端加密
私人聊天 使用端到端加密。我们无法读取 encrypted message content。
7. Data Sharing
除非根据你的指示、service delivery、legal obligations 或 safety emergencies，我们不会分享 personal data。
8. Data Security
我们使用 encryption、access controls、audit logs 和 least-privilege practices。没有系统 100% 安全，但我们持续降低风险。
9. Data Retention
只要 account active 或 service、safety、legal、accounting needs 需要，data 会被保留。Account deletion 后，personal data 通常在 30 天内删除。
10. Children’s Privacy
Safety N3T 面向成年人。Safety N3T Jr 是单独的 companion experience，并带有 parental controls。
11. User Rights
你可以请求 access、correction、deletion、export、privacy controls 和 subscription cancellation。
12. International Transfers
Service providers 可能在不同国家 process data，并适用 appropriate safeguards。
13. California 和其他 privacy rights
在适用情况下，你可以行使 access、deletion、correction 和 opt-out rights。
14. Mexico 和 international 用户
我们会依照 applicable privacy laws 尊重 rights requests。
15. 我们不会做的事
我们不会把 personal data 卖给 advertisers，不会进行 cross-app 追踪，也不会使用 mass manipulation algorithms。
16. 本政策的变更
Policy updates 时会更新日期；重大变化可能会另行通知。
