退款政策

1. 概述

本 policy 说明 Safety N3T premium subscriptions 和 services 的 refunds 与 cancellations。

2. Subscription Cancellation

你可以随时在 app settings 中 cancel subscription。Cancellation 会在当前 billing period 结束时生效。

3. Refund Policy

First-time subscribers 可能在 initial purchase 后 7 天内获得 full refund。Technical issues、duplicate charges 和 unauthorized charges 会被 review。

4. 如何申请 Refund

请发送 email 到 contact@mikoloniamobile.com，包含 account email 和 refund reason。我们会在 3-5 business days 内回复。

5. Payment Processing

Approved refunds 会退回 original payment method。Card refunds 可能需要 5-10 business days，PayPal 可能需要 3-5 business days。
