How to Request Account Deletion

If you would like to delete your Safety N3T account and all associated data, you can do so using either of the following methods:

Option 1: Email Request

Send an email to contact@mikoloniamobile.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Please include:

  • Your username or display name used in the app
  • The email address associated with your account (if any)
  • The community or communities you belong to

We will verify your identity and process your request within 30 days.

Option 2: In-App Request

You can also request account deletion directly from the app:

  1. Open Safety N3T
  2. Go to Settings (gear icon)
  3. Tap Privacy & Security
  4. Scroll down and tap Delete Account
  5. Confirm your request

What Data Is Deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed within 30 days:

What Data Is Retained

Certain data may be retained for limited periods after deletion as required by law or for safety purposes:

If your account was banned for violating our Terms of Service, certain identification data (profile photos, device identifiers, email addresses) may be retained indefinitely to protect community safety and prevent ban evasion. See our Privacy Policy Section 11.1 for details.

Important Notes

  • This action is irreversible. Once your account is deleted, your data cannot be recovered.
  • If you have an active premium subscription, please cancel it before requesting deletion to avoid future charges.
  • Any pending PayPal or Stripe transactions will be completed before deletion.
  • Your messages in community chats will be removed and will no longer be visible to other members.
