अपना account delete करने का अनुरोध कैसे करें

contact@mikoloniamobile.com पर subject “Account deletion request” के साथ email भेजें, या app में Settings → Privacy and Security → Delete account खोलें।

हम identity verify करके 30 दिनों के भीतर request process करेंगे।

कौन-सा data delete होता है

Account profile, messages, स्थान इतिहास, home verification records, subscription/billing data, saved addresses, notifications, विश्वस्त मंडल connections और फ़ीड preferences generally permanently deleted होते हैं।

कौन-सा data रखा जा सकता है

Transaction records, security/fraud logs और backups limited periods तक legal, safety या system reasons से रखे जा सकते हैं।

महत्वपूर्ण नोट्स

Deletion irreversible है। Active premium subscription को deletion request से पहले cancel करें। Pending PayPal या Stripe लेन-देन complete हो सकते हैं।
